We start custom print production once your artwork and order details are ready and you have approved the final proof.
Send your artwork
Use the template and file specifications for your chosen product. Supply final text, logos, images and dimensions, and make sure you have permission to use them.
If files need rebuilding or extra design work, we will explain the cost and timing before proceeding.
Check your proof
Check spelling, contact details, links, QR codes, image quality, layout, dimensions and the correct product version.
Tell us about important brand colours before approval. Colours on screen can look different in print because of screen settings, materials and lighting. If a close colour match is essential, ask us about an agreed sample or specification.
Approve the final proof in writing. We do not treat silence as approval. Your approval does not remove our responsibility for production errors or your rights under the law.
Production and delivery
Once we have your print-ready graphics, final proof approval, confirmed order details and any payment due, manufacturing normally takes 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 5 to 10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location in Australia.
Artwork preparation, changes and approval happen before this timing starts. We will confirm any different product or project timing before you go ahead. See our shipping policy.
Changes after approval
Contact us straight away if something needs changing. We will check whether production can be paused and explain any extra cost or delay before agreeing to the change.
If the finished work is faulty or does not match the approved specifications, contact us. Our returns and refunds policy explains the next steps.
Inspiration and renders
Inspiration images help us understand your ideas. They do not give permission to copy someone else's protected work. Concept renders show the proposed look. Final dimensions, proofs, the itemised quote and any required technical approvals still need to be checked.
