Shipping policy

Manufacturing takes 1 to 2 business days after you approve your final artwork proof. Delivery then takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on where you are in Australia.

This timing starts when your order is ready for production, not when you place the order.

Before production starts

We need your print-ready graphics, written approval of the final proof, confirmed order details and any payment due before production. We will let you know when production starts.

Design work, artwork changes and time waiting for approval come before this. For items that do not need manufacturing, we will confirm the dispatch time separately.

Delivery

Once your order leaves production, allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery within Australia. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays that affect production or delivery. We will share tracking details where available.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout or in your quote. Large booths, remote locations and deliveries to event venues may need a separate freight quote. Any different timing will be confirmed before you go ahead. Contact us before ordering for delivery outside Australia.

Need it for an expo?

Tell us your required arrival date, venue and delivery requirements before ordering. Adding an event date to your brief does not guarantee delivery by that date. We will confirm what is possible and any extra cost before you proceed.

Delays or problems

If there is a delay, we will let you know, give you an updated estimate and work with you on a solution. Changes to approved artwork or order details may affect timing and cost.

Contact us if your order is late, damaged or missing items. Photos can help, but you do not lose your legal rights because you did not keep the packaging or report a problem within a set number of days. We remain responsible for our legal obligations when a courier handles delivery.
