These terms apply to orders from The Easy Booth, together with the details agreed in your quote or order.

Quotes and orders

Sending a booth brief or asking for a proposal does not place a paid order. Your quote sets out the products, services, price and any expiry date.

An automated order receipt confirms that we received your order. We will confirm acceptance and any outstanding details separately. If we cannot accept an order you have paid for, we will explain why and refund the payment.

What is included

Check the written list of items and services in your quote. Images and renders may show example graphics, furniture, people, vehicles or accessories that are not included. A starting price is not the final price for every layout.

Your order should confirm sizes, quantities, printing, hire periods, installation and freight where these apply.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars. Website retail prices include GST unless clearly stated otherwise. Quotes show GST and any extra charges.

Payment amounts and due dates are shown at checkout or in your agreed quote or invoice. We will explain any deposit or payment needed before production before you commit.

If we find a price error before accepting your order, you can choose whether to proceed at the correct price or receive a refund. We will not change an accepted price without your agreement unless required by law.

Artwork and deadlines

Please give us accurate requirements and carefully check your final proof. We remain responsible for the work we agree to do. See our artwork and production policy for file and approval details, and our shipping policy for timing.

Tell us about essential event deadlines, access limits and how you plan to use the display before ordering. Engineering, rigging, electrical work and venue approvals are included only if listed in the agreed scope. A concept render does not replace technical approval.

Changes and cancellations

We will explain any changes to scope, price or timing before asking you to agree. See our returns and refunds policy for cancellations and order problems. Updating these website terms does not change an order you have already agreed with us.

Artwork ownership

You keep the rights to materials you supply and must have permission to use them. You allow us and our suppliers to use them to quote, design, produce and deliver your project. This does not automatically give us permission to use your private designs or project materials in marketing. We will ask separately.

Your quote sets out ownership and use of new design work and whether editable files are included. Existing templates and third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully and only submit material you have permission to share. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms takes away rights protected by Australian Consumer Law or other laws. Contact us if there is a problem so we can work towards a solution.

New South Wales and Australian law apply. This does not prevent you from using a court or tribunal available to you under the law.
