Stage 01
Discovery & Brief

Every booth starts with a conversation. We get to know your brand, your goals, your event details, and your budget. No assumptions, no templates, just a genuine effort to understand what success looks like for you.

Stage 02
Concept & Design
Turning your brief into something you can see.
Once we understand what you need, our design team gets to work. We develop the concept, create 3D renders, and refine the look until it's exactly right. You'll see your booth before a single thing gets built.

Stage 03
Planning & Documentation
The behind-the-scenes work that makes everything run smoothly.
Good planning is what separates a stressful show from a seamless one. We handle all the technical documentation, supplier coordination, and logistics planning so there are no surprises on-site.

Stage 04
Build & Quality Check
Your booth takes shape.
Our build team fabricates your stand in our workshop, and nothing leaves until it's been quality checked against your design. We build to last, not just to look good on day one.

Stage 05
Delivery & Installation
Show day, sorted.
We coordinate delivery to the venue and our installation crew handles every element of your bump-in. You arrive to a completed, show-ready booth, no stress, no surprises.

Stage 06
Show Support & Dismantle
We're with you throughout.
During the event, we're available if anything needs attention. When the show closes, we handle the full pack-down and bump-out, so you can head home while we take care of the rest.

Stage 07
Storage, Reinstall & Ongoing
Your booth is an asset. We treat it like one.
