Project: Test Drive Lounge
Event: Everything Electric 2026, Sydney Showground
Stand: T12 · 10 × 6 metres

The brief

Bring WhipSmart, the Test Drive Lounge and RadioApp together in a shared exhibition setting, with a central vehicle and space for visitors to stop and talk.

The design

The render organised three lightbox walls across the rear, supported by two front counters and a double-sided banner above. Each wall carried its own identity, while the arrangement tied them together as one lounge. The RadioApp counter retained a curved form in the design.

Production and preparation

We prepared three wall kits with integrated lighting, their main graphics and exposed end panels, plus two counter kits and a 6040 × 800 mm overhead banner. Each printed face was matched to the correct structure. The production and installation references also recorded how the lighting and counters related to the wider layout.

Delivery and setup

The Easy Booth delivered and installed the supplied display elements and coordinated the banner handoff with the venue rigging team. The event team arranged the central vehicle, flooring and loose furniture. The preparation photos show the branded walls and counters assembled before the final lounge activity.

The delivered result

The delivered photographs show the three identities reading together from the aisle, with the vehicle and seating in front of the illuminated backdrop. The overhead banner provides a shared identifier, while the separate counters give the participating brands their own points of contact.
