The brief

Provide a compact set of branded elements to identify VBR’s Race Zone and its visitor contact point at the event.

The design

The artwork carried the red-and-white VBR Race Zone identity across two blade flags and a fitted-to-size tablecloth layout. The design needed to work on two very different forms: tall flags for visibility and a draped graphic around the table. The flat artwork shows how the identity was positioned across the cloth panels.

Production and preparation

We prepared two complete single-sided three-metre flag kits, including printed flags, poles, rotating studs, bases and water bags. The package also included one printed cloth for a 1.8-metre trestle table and a matching hired table. Packing kept the supports and graphics together as complete kits.

Delivery and setup

The Easy Booth supplied and delivered the branding package to T10. The wider Race Zone activity and its setup were managed separately. The delivery brief identified the destination and each complete item so the client could put the branding into use on site.

The delivered result

The finished photograph shows the red flags identifying the activity area and the matching cloth on the front table. The same graphic identity works at height and at the visitor contact point. It is a small, coordinated package supporting a much larger event experience.
