The brief

Prepare a branded exhibition space that AEVA’s volunteer team could assemble and use for conversations with visitors about electric vehicles.

The design

The pre-show render placed two graphic walls at the rear, with curved counters at the front and a branded tablecloth between them. The layout also allowed for seating and interactive screens. The combination created a consistent visual backdrop while leaving the centre of the stand open for visitors.

Production and preparation

We coordinated the approved artwork across two wall skins, two counter skins and the tablecloth, then prepared the matching display kits and supporting equipment. The handover documentation linked each graphic to its position and separated the display items AEVA would retain from the hired equipment.

Delivery and setup

The Easy Booth’s scope was supply and direct delivery to the stand. AEVA and its volunteers managed assembly. Our preparation supported that handover with a render, placement references and a clear packing list, so the team could bring the display together on site.

The delivered result

The finished photographs show AEVA’s blue identity repeated across the rear graphics and front counters, with visitors and volunteers occupying the open conversation space. This project demonstrates the full journey of a supplied display kit: coordinated planning and production, delivery, and a client-assembled result on the show floor.
