The brief

Provide a compact branded display kit that would sit around Alpine Energy’s vehicle without overwhelming the available floor space.

The design

The render positioned a narrow double-sided wall behind the vehicle, with a round counter and two stools alongside it. Both wall faces carried Alpine Energy and EXOR branding. The design concentrated the supporting display elements to preserve space around the client’s main exhibit.

Production and preparation

We prepared one complete wall kit with two printed faces, one round counter and its printed wrap, plus the hired stools and 18 square metres of black carpet tiles. The graphics and hardware were documented as matching kits, with the wall and counter orientation shown in the placement references.

Delivery and setup

The Easy Booth delivered the equipment directly to the venue. Alpine Energy managed the setup, laid the supplied carpet and positioned its vehicle. Keeping those responsibilities clear was part of preparing a practical handover for the client’s team.

The delivered result

The finished photographs show the tall branded wall beside the vehicle and the round counter forming a compact conversation point. The display carries the key visual idea of the render into the venue: a small group of branded elements supporting the vehicle, with an open approach from the aisle.
