The brief

Create a clear branded centre for the BYD Harmony vehicle display while allowing the cars to remain the focus of the stand.

The design

The design placed a six-metre double-sided lightbox wall at the centre, with a two-metre counter and an overhead banner. The render showed the relationship between those elements and the client’s vehicles. Logo-only wall graphics kept the main display identity simple and visible from both sides.

Production and preparation

We prepared the wall, counter and double-sided banner as coordinated production items. The finished banner artwork measured 5414 × 1448 mm. Front and reverse wall faces were mapped separately, while the counter retained a printed front and plain black reverse. The preparation pack also covered the lightbox components and the rigging handoff.

Delivery and setup

The Easy Booth supplied, delivered and installed the display structures and coordinated the banner with the venue rigging contractor. The client supplied the vehicles, and flooring was arranged separately. Build-stage photographs show the central wall and overhead branding in position before the final vehicle display.

The delivered result

The completed stand photographs show the BYD identity above the vehicles, echoed on the central wall and front counter. The restrained graphic treatment gives the cars space to carry the display, while the repeated branding makes the stand recognisable from the aisle.
