Stand: EM14

The brief

Create a coordinated branded presence across the Energy Matters pavilion, with a central feature and supporting information points spread through the space.

The design

The design used a house-shaped feature, two double-sided walls and four double-sided banner stands. Five branded tablecloths extended the same identity to the pavilion tables. The pre-show render shows how those pieces relate to the surrounding partner bays, rather than treating each printed item as a separate job.

Production and preparation

We translated the layout into individual artwork and packing references: the house pitch, four wall faces, eight banner faces, five tablecloths and eight rigid partner logos. The 1.8-metre tablecloth size was matched to the table supply. This preparation kept repeated elements consistent and gave the installation team an item-by-item reference.

Delivery and setup

The Easy Booth delivered and installed the supplied display elements and coordinated the overhead banner handoff. Flooring was arranged separately through the event team. The build photos show the house, banners and branded tables coming together before the public show.

The delivered result

The delivered pavilion carries the same green identity across the house feature, information banners and tables. The finished photographs show the graphics working at both the central feature and the individual conversation points, with room for the participating businesses to present their own products.
