The brief

Bring the stage, vehicle displays and visitor information together under one recognisable identity. The EV Consumer Hub needed signage that worked both across the hall and beside individual cars.

The design

The pre-show layout positioned a branded backdrop on the stage, a six-metre banner above the seating and five information boards beside the vehicles. The render let those different viewing distances be considered together. Vehicle models in this design were placement references.

Production and preparation

We prepared a 3568 × 2260 mm stage graphic, a 6000 × 1000 mm double-sided banner and five 600 × 2000 mm information boards. Each board was identified separately so it could be matched to the correct vehicle during setup. The production pack linked the artwork, dimensions and placement for every item.

Delivery and setup

The Easy Booth supplied and set up the backdrop and vehicle boards, and coordinated the banner handoff with the venue rigging team. The stage, screens, seating and vehicles formed the wider event setting; our contribution was the coordinated signage package.

The delivered result

The finished photographs show the overhead identity above the seating and a consistent family of information boards beside the cars. At stage level, the blue backdrop connects the presentation area to the same visual identity. The result gives the feature a recognisable presence while keeping individual vehicle information close to the display.
