The brief

Give Subaru’s vehicle range a coordinated exhibition setting, with model-specific messaging, a central brand presence and clear places for visitors to meet the team.

The design

The render organised five vehicles in front of five lightbox walls, with a central screen and counters at the front. The wall sequence brought Forester, Uncharted, Subaru, Trailseeker and Solterra into one display. The pre-show design was updated with the supplied print-ready artwork and a six-metre overhead banner.

Production and preparation

Our production preparation covered the five wall kits, printed front faces and exposed end graphics, two lockable counters with separate printed fronts, and the overhead banner. The installation pack also mapped the screen position and the power requirements around the display. Keeping the artwork linked to each wall helped preserve the intended model order on site.

Delivery and setup

The Easy Booth handled delivery and installation of the supplied stand elements, coordinating with the separate flooring and venue rigging arrangements. The build-stage photographs show the walls and counters being positioned before the vehicles completed the display.

The delivered result

The show-floor photographs place the cars in front of the large illuminated model graphics, with the overhead Subaru identity visible across the hall. The result carries the visual hierarchy of the render into the venue: vehicles in the foreground, model stories behind them and a clear brand presence above.
