In real life

The finished display on the show floor.

From the design render to the finished show floor, Test EV's stand at Everything Electric 2026 brought a technical service into a clear, approachable exhibition setting. The Easy Booth developed the stand layout, prepared the display for production and delivered and installed it at Sydney Showground.

Client: Test EV
Event: Everything Electric 2026, Sydney Showground
Stand: E18, 6 × 5 metres
Our scope: stand planning, double-sided display walls and graphics, flooring, lighting, delivery and installation.

The brief

The space needed to bring together a display vehicle, battery-health information and used-EV inspection messaging. Test EV and AVILOO's battery-testing graphics sat alongside RedBook inspect content, so the layout had to give each message a clear place without crowding the vehicle.

The client supplied the car and two branded counters. Our work focused on the exhibition setting around them: a defined floor area, a continuous graphic backdrop and the practical elements needed to deliver and install the display.

The design

We developed the arrangement in 3D so the relationship between the vehicle, counters and walls could be seen before installation. The front view shows the car within an open layout, with the counters positioned towards the front and the large-format messaging behind it.

Pre-show design: the vehicle and client-supplied counters shown within the planned stand layout.

Both walls were double-sided. The rear view was an important part of the design review, showing how the display would read from the opposite side as well as from inside the stand.

Rear design view: the reverse faces carried their own printed messages. These are design views; final lighting and flooring details were refined in the production brief.

Production and preparation

The design was translated into a production and installation brief covering two wall frames and four printed faces. Each graphic face measured 2950 × 2447 mm, with the front and reverse artwork mapped to the correct wall.

Preparation also covered the less visible details: the confirmed 30 m² carpet area, wall supports, lighting, power accessories and the position of the client-supplied counters. The wall arrangement was retained while the flooring quantity was reconciled with the final 6 × 5 metre stand allocation.

Putting those details into one coordinated pack gave the installation a clear reference, from which graphic belonged on each face to what equipment needed to arrive on site.

Delivery and setup

The Easy Booth delivered the display directly to the venue and handled installation. The setup plan brought together the flooring, floor-supported walls, graphics and lighting, with the vehicle and counters supplied by the client. The wall structures did not require overhead rigging.

This is the part of the process that connects the render to the real space: the layout, printed components and site requirements all have to work together on the exhibition floor.

The delivered result

The finished stand brought the key elements of the design into the venue: large white-and-blue graphic walls, a grey carpeted area and the blue display car positioned beside the service information.

The messaging offered visitors two clear starting points: battery-health testing and a question about inspecting a used EV. The result was a branded setting where the team could introduce its services with the vehicle and supporting information close at hand.
