Download booth artwork templates and upload graphics

You can plan the booth first and prepare its graphics later. The builder keeps artwork against the printed products that need it, such as a wall or branded counter. Furniture and equipment without a printed surface do not need an artwork file.

Find the right template

Open Artwork & proofs, select the printed item and use Download template beside the upload control. Confirm the product, size and print configuration before designing. A template is a blank production guide, not finished artwork.

To prepare several items together, open Downloads & templates and choose Download available templates (ZIP). The pack contains the mapped templates for the booth, with a read-me identifying anything still pending. Some individual product downloads are themselves ZIP files.

If a template is missing or your product has a custom size, ask us to confirm the correct file. Do not stretch a similar template or assume every product uses the same bleed and safe area.

Upload each graphic to its item

Select the matching printed item, then upload a PDF, PNG or JPEG up to 30 MB. Review the preview and the initial checks. Use clearly named files so your team can tell which wall, counter or print face they belong to. Save your booth to your account to keep the files with the design.

Understand what the checks mean

The alpha checks information such as document size, measurable image resolution and detected live text. These are early checks, not a print-ready certificate. No detected live text does not prove that all lettering is outlined vector artwork. Bleed, colour profiles, fonts, overprint and other production details still require a production review.

Before final approval, check spelling, contact information, QR codes, orientation, product dimensions and important brand colours. Tell us about any colour-match requirement before production is agreed.

Send the files for checking

Once every printed item has artwork, open Next steps and choose Request artwork check. Save & submit records the exact booth version and attached files for the team. Keep your receipt reference and check My requests for updates. If you change a file afterwards, submit the new version for review.

Uploading is not approval to print

A concept preview and a recorded design review do not automatically release production. Final print approval, confirmed order details and payment requirements must be completed. Read our artwork and production policy and the after-order checklist.
