The builder’s Job Brief gives your event organiser a clear picture of the booth you are proposing. It brings together concept views, a floor plan, elevations and an item list without showing prices.
Complete the booth details first
In Booth settings, enter the correct width, depth and open sides. Add the event, venue, booth number and dates. Record access or utility requirements you already know and keep the organiser’s exhibitor guide handy.
Check the plan view for items outside your booked area and confirm that doors, entrances and key routes remain usable. If you are planning an overhead sign, check its proposed height and include the request in your discussion with the organiser.
Download the Job Brief
Open Downloads & templates, then choose Download Job Brief (PDF). The document starts with 3D concepts and includes plan and elevation information plus the elements in your booth. Review the PDF before submitting it, particularly after changing dimensions or moving products.
This export is separate from your priced quote and from production artwork. Send the version your organiser requests through their submission process; downloading it does not submit it automatically.
Check the event’s own requirements
Depending on the event and proposed build, the organiser may also request contractor details, material information, electrical or rigging plans, structural information, risk documentation, insurance evidence, accessibility details or loading arrangements. Requirements vary: use the organiser’s current manual and ask them which documents apply to your booth.
The concept PDF does not certify engineering, electrical safety or venue approval. Where specialist documents are required, agree who will supply them and by when. Keep that responsibility separate from the visual layout review.
Make changes before the deadline
Record the submission deadline in your planning information. If the organiser requests changes, update the booth, download a revised PDF and clearly identify the version you submit. Do not assume a previous approval covers a different height, footprint or structure.
