Share your booth design for feedback

Show your team what you are planning before you order. The builder can publish a view-only concept with a review link and code, so colleagues can look at the booth without editing your working design.

Create a review link

  1. Save the booth to your Easy Booth customer account.
  2. Choose Share concept.
  3. Read what the review includes, then choose Publish review link.
  4. Copy the link or review code and share it with the people reviewing the concept.

Anyone with the link can view the published layout and artwork previews. Only share a concept when those previews are suitable for that audience. The public review does not include original artwork files, proofs, prices or private notes.

Ask for useful feedback

Give reviewers a short brief: the event, your booked space and what the booth should help visitors do. Ask whether the entrance is clear, whether the main message is visible and whether the counter and seating support the conversations you want to have.

Ask one person to consolidate the feedback. “Move the counter to the left so the demonstration is visible” gives you more to work with than several conflicting comments about the overall look.

Keep the shared version current

The review is a published snapshot. Later edits to your private booth do not appear on that link until you choose Update shared concept. Check the published version before sending it to someone new. Use Turn link off when the concept should no longer be available through that link.

Choose the right file for the audience

A concept review helps people discuss the design. For budget approval, use the quote. For event submission, use the organiser Job Brief PDF. For graphic preparation, use the artwork templates.

A colleague liking the concept is not production approval. Final artwork, order scope and organiser requirements still need their own checks. Open your saved booths to prepare the version you want to share.
